Gary Chapman, PhD, is the author of the New York Times bestselling The Five Love Languages. With over 30 years of counseling experience, he has the uncanny ability to hold a mirror up to human behavior, showing readers not just where they go wrong, but also how to grow and move forward. Dr. Chapman holds BA and MA degrees in anthropology from Wheaton College and Wake Forest University, respectively, MRE and PhD degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and has completed postgraduate work at the University of North Carolina and Duke University. Jennifer Thomas, PhD, is a psychologist in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She counsels individuals and couples on a wide variety of issues from communication to trauma recovery and spiritual healing. Great CD!!! Definitely recommend purchasing it!!!

This cd has really opened my eyes and I've learned alot about myself from listening to it. What might be a sincere apology to you, might not be seen the same way by another person. What I love is that it actually gives you examples on how to express yourself when your words are not getting through after you've hurt someone. It also shows you how to respond when you are the person that is being hurt by a person's actions or words.

Great info for all in relationships

This audio book was great. There were a few things that did not apply or that I disagreed with, but over all, there was some very valuable information in the book. I would recommend this for anyone who is in a relationship, along with his other books the five languages of love. These two together will make it easier to remain in a strong relationship.
